WARREN A. HOOD SCOUT RESERVATION
Warren A. Hood Scout Reservation is the Andrew Jackson Councils private camping facility. Camp Hood is 1,300 acres complete with a 113 acre lake, 11 large campsites, Cub World, handicap camping area, adirondack cabins, family cabins, COPE course, 40 ft. repel tower, rifle range, skeet shooting area, archery range, activity fields, primitive camping areas, and much more. Camp Hood is located 12 miles west of Hazlehurst, MS and about 35 miles South of Jackson.
