If you have been elected to the OA in 2017, you are invited to come and be a part of the Sebooney Okasucca Ordeal weekend.
Arrival check in at the snack shack/trading post building as follows:
ORDEAL CANDIDATES between 6:00 and 6:45 PM Friday, May 19th.
BROTHERHOOD CANDIDATES and other members between 5:30 and 6:00 PM Friday, May 19th.
The weekend will conclude at 8:00 PM Saturday, May 20th.
Eat supper before you arrive at camp on Friday or bring it with you.

REQUIRED TO BRING: Be prepared to camp in the woods on the ground. Use the list of items in your Scout Handbook. A ground cloth or air mattress, poncho, rain coat, flashlight, bug spray and sleeping bag are a few of the items needed. Ordeal Candidates are NOT allowed to have tents or hammocks. Ordeal candidates are NOT allowed to have food snacks after 7:00 PM. Be prepared to work on service projects at camp. Briings items such as work gloves, work clothes, boots, sweat rags, hats, and a water bottle. Be prepared to arrive in class B Scout uniform. Bring your Class A uniform for the OA Ceremony on Saturday evening.
Also bring spending money if interested in purchasing OA patches and memorabilia from the OA trading post.
WEEKEND FEES: Ordeal candidate fee: $55.00. This includes 1/2 year dues, OA sash, OA handbook, OA patch, & food. Brotherhood Candidate fee: $45.00. This includes OA sash, new pocket flap, & food. Member Fee: $22.00. This includes all meals & a cracker barrel on Friday night. There will be a late fee assessed on all registrations after May 10th.
THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATIONS TAKEN AFTER 10 PM ON TUESDAY, MAY 16th. If you miss this one, you may attend Summer Ordeal in July
Brotherhood Candidates and Members must be up-to-date on paid annual member dues. Dues are $15.00 per calendar year. Be prepared to pay dues at registration if not complete for this year.
CLOTHING: Arrive in Class B Uniform. Full Scout Uniform at all ceremonies and dinner Saturday night. In order to participate in the events of the weekend, you must register and pay BEFORE you come to Camp Hood.
