Polar Bear Staff / Volunteer Registration 

Thank you for volunteering to help with our camp. These camps are not possible without your assistance. Service hours are awarded to BSA, Venturing, and Sea Scouts. Housing Accommodations and meals are included. Please make sure to include your working email addresses and phone numbers to get you the most up-to-date information.

ALL STAFF / VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUTH PROTECTION 

Scoutmasters,  if your troop is attending and helping the weekend. Please register yourself and complete the questions about your troop in the registration. 

Non- BSA Volunteers,  if you are a member of an organization outside of scouting, please contact our Camp Director, Tyler Scott. All vendors and volunteers are required to complete BSA Youth Protection Training found at Youth Protection | Boy Scouts of America (scouting.org). 

Due to COVID-19, there will be limited sleeping space in the staff area, family cabins, and the director's cabin.   If you need to stay in one of these areas please contact Tyler Scott for arrangements.  

ALL STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO TURN IN A COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE DAILY TEMPERATURE CHECKS BY THE CAMP HEALTH OFFICER ONCE THEY ARRIVE ON CAMP.
